J.H. Kaspar Oil Company has offered generations of family service since 1958 with offices in both Rawlins, and Saratoga, Wyoming. We are a wholesale distributor supplying bulk diesel, gasoline and lubricants to industrial, oil field, construction, wind farm and agricultural customers in Carbon and Sweetwater counties in Wyoming as well as Northern Moffat and Routt counties in Colorado.
